Plein Air Paintings

Plein air is the term for paintings that are completed on location, rather than in the studio. These paintings are done with the same paint as my studio work, but have a very different feel due to the nature of this painting style. They tend to capture a scene in a fresher and slightly looser way that is less photographic, but still quite realistic!

These paintings are done on canvas panels, and are available framed or unframed. The unframed panels will fit easily into any ready made frame that matches your decor, or can be taken to your favorite local framing shop. 

The frames that I offer are of a high quality, and have been chosen based on what I feel matches my work well. Some sizes will have a couple of options, while others have only one. All framed paintings are wired and ready for hanging upon arrival.
